On my opinion changing coach is mandatory. Trade Mitchell as he got value and Conley if there is an opportunity. For Gobert he turn 30 and is still at his prime. Depend on which type of player we can got for Mitchell.

What the Jazz need is Chris Paul. He is the leader the team needs to get Mitchell to play within the system and the facilitator Gobert needs to get his touches.
