I certainly don't think so! Neither do the espn guys! Smith thinks Rondo should have gotton a 15 game suspension, and the other kid should have gotten at least 10! I concur with both ideas! Rondo purposely "spit" on Paul and then threw a haymaker and he only gets 3 games? Paul gets 2 games for defending himself and barely threw a punch? If the NBA doesn't crack down on this stuff it's going to get way out of hand, especially since more and more of these players come from the "hip hop" era where tempers flare at the drop of a hat and guys get "capped" for even insults, let alone for spitting on someone or throwing a punch!

so the message for NBA players is, "it's ok to head hunt and throw a haymaker out of nowhere" b/c you'll only get 4 games. Ingram got off LIGHT. Adam silver probably gets carried around in a bucket b/c he lacks any backbone. We saw that last year when westbrook came off the bench to shove a jazz player. He didn't get suspended for a clear rule that says you WILL BE SUSPENDED.

Thabo got 5 games for smoking weed when he was out injured. Rondo spits on a guy, throws a punch and gets 3 games. Ingram comes running in, throws a sucker punch and gets 4 games. Conspiracy theory says the league doesn't want the Lakers to start the year 2-10.

Yup... harden got some BS calls... gets frustrating and makes guys want to fight. I just think it could be much simpler and if guys are more concerned about drawing a foul than making a shot then the ref doesn’t have to make a call... same thing on charges... specifically the pass and crash fouls... it’s dangerous and not anything that resembles a basketball play.

Punishment was fine... whatevs.

League should look into this. What Morris did is absolute cheat and deserves a fine and at least a game suspension without pay.
