Since the 2010 offseason, I kind of agree. I still don't get what the treading water for 2.5 years was about. The only thing the '12-'13 was worth was seeing that Corbin wasn't going to be the guy.
Ok, point taken. Perhaps it should be phrased differently. I want to see the Jazz have a shot at a consensus elite player for once. The last time they did was for Deron, but Wiggins would be the most highly regarded player ever drafted by the Jazz. Perhaps not the best (hard to get much better than Malone/Stockton), but the talent/athleticism combo that he possesses is phenomenal.
DWill trade, trading up for Burke last year, buying the Gobert pick, Going tank mode last season instead of treadmill mode, OTHER STUFF!!
Bros, I kinda want to watch the USA game at ESA on Thursday but also wanna be able to flip channels to the Ghana game.

Chad Ford on twitter is having a mock draft with another guy from espn. He had Utah Trade Burke and the #5 to Milwaukee for the #2. Jabari was the pick.
I wouldn't consider the Jeffersonian-Corbinian Middle Ages to be swing-for-the fences years. Not even a little bit. This is one of the worst myths perpetuated about the Jazz. We have absolutely been a swing for the fences organization the last 5 or so years.

The Ghana game? Are you serious?

If we were to have the pick of the litter, I don't know if Wiggins would be the best for us in the long run. You have to think of, who is going to want to come to Utah and want to stay?? I think Parker is the guy. He's talented, athletic and he's Mormon. I'm not Mormon incase your asking but I think you have to look at who will be happy here. Parker is the better fit because it seems that he is not going to get caught up in the stardom temptation if he is as religious as he claims to be. Utah would be a good fit for him! 3.2 % beer, the temple, and the entire state shuts down at 7 p.m. so he would have nothing else to focus on except for basketball!!! Goooooo,,,,, Parker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

umm yes please. If the Bucks trade us the #2 for Burke and the #5 they will end up in Seattle.
