I wouldn't go as far as you. I think heat of the moment/spontaneous murders don't always deserve the death penalty.

Though I do think that the death penalty isn't used or followed through on enough. I also think that if an inmate WANTS the death penalty and wants to just get it over with rather than rot in maximum security prison for years on end, then we should accommodate the request.

I also think that assisted suicide should be legal in some capacity.

I mean sever cases. Like El Chapo. Or a guy grabbing women at gun point, beating them and having his way. I think there is no place in our society for them. None.

I am not talking about a 19 year old that got caught with his 17 year old girlfriend. or drunken bar stuff (not saying its ok).
 
I believe the victims of the crime should decide what punishment people get

i mean if you steal 10.000 dollars from me it might be my whole live savings, but to a judge he might think wtf is this, its not a big deal, its just a month salary. and to bill gates 10.000 is nothing.


i saw this system in an episode of star trek voyager. and it is a justice system i get, ever since i have thought a lot about it, and always stood by that one since then! i totally could get behind that one. it was in the episode repentance. where the star trek voyager ship help out a prison transport. and a few stories ensue.


does it have flaws, sure. it means if a family member of you gets killed the immediate family as whole can have infighting. some might wnat him sentenced. other might be like nah lets forgive him for some free money!but thats their perogative

I was against Obama when he was first elected. He was a 100% success. I'm proud to have him as my president and wish he could get another term.

But gameface opposes the death penalty vehemently. So this goes against what you should think. Also, this makes you a disgusting piece of trash according to him.

So in other words, all it takes to win you over is a pretty face and a good acting job. Who cares what the actions are. Obama has started more Wars than he inherited. Bombs other nations daily, and destroyed many families in the process. What a great family man. In so half his family is doing great. You two do understand the meaning of the words salesman and sucker. right?

Or a guy who consistently grabs women, gets away with it because he's a tv star, and then brags about it to Billy Bush? I'm with ya there id support life in prison or the death penalty for such a scumbag.

I just don't know how anyone who respects family values wouldn't be appalled at that type of behavior. Those women assaulted is someone's daughter.

This will bother Game and Fish probably, me explaining why they are what they are and all. But it's nothing like that, Comp. You don't need to think things through to like what you have. And there are things almost anyone can find that will validate liking someone regardless of whatever others may say. It's a choice. That's all.

ahhh ok. severe cases. im with you! and you are right there are some people that just dont deserve to live. they have crossed the line, and a burden on the tax payer.

Who says he won me over? Who says I think Obama did a great job?
I said I like the fact that he was classy, well spoken, intelligent, and respectful. That is true. That doesn't mean I liked everything about him.

I know you are an extremist so you probably can't understand how I could like some things about Obama and also not like some things about him.
