ya i figured it out bros. looks like a handful of posters with very high rep power like to neg rep me every chance they can when recharged. so even though i have much more pos reps from multiple people, those 3 or so posters w/ high rep power who consistently neg rep me keep bringing me down. so much hate. it make me feel sad for them tbh. so much hate is not good for the soul. i keep pos repping them back every time they neg rape me, hopefully one day they will find peace. peace bros.

Everyone should be able to give 5 reps within a rolling 24-hour period, regardless of rep power.
