What you said here can also be interpreted as somewhat a threatining manner even if it was the "hey don't shoot your source" bullsh* like you claim. Either way, it's not friendly but pretentious and still threatining.
Third, you say "I trusted him" etc,... Of course you will. Because you don't even do a legal business out there and you're trying to cover that with the things like "I'm just a collector", "collecting the games", "I'm just trading the things", "The money issues are all related to the cargo, transportation, shipping, teleportation costs", "You're not a customer", "I'm not a seller", "Chuck Norris doesn't exist", "Obama is christian", blah blah...
Fourth, do you really think that that "acknowleding(original spelling)" material can do any good for you in a possible case in the court? Man, at least go to a lawyer and let him make a decent customer acknowledgement or statement or whatever you need for you.
