Rick And Morty Canceled After Major Scandal?

Adult Swim's Rick and Morty may come to an end following a highly publicized scandal regarding the series' co-creator.

The news just keeps getting worse for Rick and Morty fans. Last week, co-creator Justin Roiland was charged with two counts of felony, and now the writer and voice actor has gone viral on Twitter after screenshots that show him engaging in a sexual conversation with a minor were released. After the controversy caused by the Rick and Morty creator, fans wonder if the animated comedy might get canceled.

Co-creator of the Adult Swim animated comedy and voice actor for the two titular characters Rick and Morty, Justin Roiland, was arrested and charged with two counts of felony in Orange County last week. He was charged with one count of domestic battery with corporal injury and one count of false imprisonment by menace, violence, fraud, and/or deceit in a case involving an unnamed woman Roiland allegedly dated in 2020. Roiland was released on a $50,000 bond and attended a pre-trail on January 12, with a hearing scheduled later this spring on April 27.

I am not sure anyone should be surprised by this. He does seem to be a man stuck in a 15-year-old smart *** kid's life.
