Nah, he's not. He was super underrated before the draft, now that people have seen a bit of him they are starting to catch onto what he can actually do on the floor. That's why he went 9. Because even among NBA GMs there is stupidity and they don't scout traits that are projectable and coachable but scout and put emphasis on non-quantifiable things like "toughness" or "being a good teammate". That's second year in a row they let a player with immense athletic traits and skill drop in the draft to a position he has no business being at.

I liked Skal at #12 for the Jazz and was worried we'd get stuck with Henry Ellenson.
