Rockets @ Jazz - 7PM MST Wednesday- FSN

Is Deron still boozering his wrist injury? Is he going to miss the next 3 months and demand a raise... Regardless?

The Jazz should be aggressors right from the start. They played that way against Minny and despite the fact that they were never able to sustain any lead over a terrbile young team, Wolves, watching guys trying all kinds of ball pressure and hustling on every play and going for passing lanes was fun to watch. AK has been one of the most important factors in wins and losses in games played without DEron. His absence will possess some big problems, IMO. The only way the Jazz can beat some capable opponents without these many injured players is turning the half court game to a chaotic display, and being able to make plays spontaneously, survive in that atmosphere.

I watched Houston's previous game against LA. They are a dangerous offensive team but their defense flat out sucks, actually does not exist. They have no inside defense at all and very little perimeter defense. The Jazz, if they can execute the offense and try to get easy buckets by pounding it inside in a high paced game, will have zero problem scoring. BigAl has to start getting the ball a litle bit closer to the painted area and not mess things up with outside Js to start to the game. I want to see one of our bigs ROLLING instead of popping outside for a J, when the Jazz run a PnR. Scola cannot defend the PnR. Defensively, I just hope guys will be able to prevent the very dangerous transition offense of Rockets.

more of the ronnie price/raja bell fastbreak goodness

with the amount of guys that are out do you think the jazz would consider signing someone a 10 day?

i guess it was ineveitable kirilenko started missing some games

Sloan is the next one to go down with an injury.
He's going to hurt the same knuckle Boozer did.
The official report will be he punched... I mean, tripped over one of the players while answering the locker room door.

This will give Phil some time to develop as a coach.

Inconceivable! Jerry's old school, he'll play through.

You know... Win or lose this game... It's been a pleasure watching these particular 10 playing tonight... What is your excuse Dwill, Kirilenko, and Okur?? Seems like this teams lack of success is a product of some heartless play after watching this 1st half tonight..

Yeah, I know this is the Rockets... Yeah, I know they're playing a back to back... But the talent on both of these teams tonight shouldn't even be compared... Aside from an advantage at the Center position with Big Al... We're outmatched talent wise in every other position on the court... (and yes, I consider Scola better than Milsap)...

Thanks guys... Maybe you should turn to one of these guys wearing the suits tonight and say, "That's how it's done"

I know this game is far from over, but if these guys play this hard the rest of the way, I think we get the "W"...

Man, Kevin Martin is such a terrible player. Just, come on. Such a chucker bad-guy bad-guy.
