Rodney Hood Injury

I'd lay off the gatorade. That stuff isnt healthy unless you are really active.

Active like Hood.
All I can say is that when I'm diligent drinking Gatorade, I have few incidents of severe leg and foot cramps. And not that it's terrific because artificial sweeteners are also bad, but I divide my consumption between regular and G2. I wouldn't be drinking that much if I didn't need to worry about hydration AND potassium.

With Rodney's gastric problems, which I think are probably IBS, milk may not be the best answer for him. Probably should put bananas on his list, too. High in potassium, and one of the foods from the old "BRAT" diet recommended for diarrhea relief.
