Give this mofo some love. Dude is making something of himself when nobody thought he’d see daylight off the bench.

Just another reason why if DL wants to shag your mom, shag he shall.

Not a lot of flaws in his game. Someone, I think maybe Tony Jones, responded to a question of him being a Wes Matthews, shooting down the comparison (and I agree with that, more that he’s a Matthews type impact player) but said Matthews is a better shooter. I’m not so sure of that. I think some commentators recently have said he’s not a great shooter but he’s shooting decently well this year (44.4% FG and 39.5% 3P). Shot 4/8 from deep in preseason. In college he put up pretty good three point percentages on decent numbers (39.9% on 363 attempts). In Europe he wasn’t too hot (33% 141/428) but everything seems to indicate he’s a good shooter, especially the eyeball test.

Rolls comparisons.
1. LeBron
2. Scottie Pippen
3. Jimmer but good

I was watching Mitchell warm up at half time at the Portland game, and noticed someone hitting 3after 3 from the top R Corner. I saw O'Neale make at least 6 in a row.

As I've said elsewhere, I'm a big fan of Royce. Dude can shoot, dribble, drive, defend, pass and rebound, and has some speed too. And cajones.

Yeah thats his best quality, his toughness, dude is a competitor.

DL needs major, major props for this guy - it's not like O'Neale was putting up numbers anywhere - his stats in Spain were very unremarkable. Even his one year at Baylor was fairly pedestrian.

The FO saw something in this guy and it paid off big time.

His contract is also a home run - three years, very little guaranteed money.

I'm glad they locked him up for 3 years this time. After developing and letting Matthews get away, I'm glad they've learned their lesson.

It's a good thing "they" isn't the same administration. I've always said KOC was so mediocre he was bad.

Lets not forget the coaching staff. They have tapped into the qualities the FO felt he had.

I may be mis-remembering but l think they changes the rules on undrafted FA's . Utah's hands might have been tied on what they can offer Matthews.
