He did an intentional foul as Hood jumped. There was no malice in his foul. He didn't shove at his head. He tried to stop the break, something the Jazz do all the time. Hood just jumped in the air as he pushed. If we are calling that a flagrant then the NBA has a problem.

Favors always sucked at center. He is better at helping the helper than he is at protecting the paint. He sticks to his man too much and that's even more evident with his diminished explosiveness.
