What is this annoying row that pops up from the bottom of the page every time you go to another page. It's been doing this for a while lately. Is it happening to other people too?

I did notice the ads, but it is very annoying to me.

It would be less intrusive if it came down from the top instead of the bottom. It would block less pertinent information. The way is now you sometimes aren't aware that it comes up because often it's just blank.

Along these lines lately I've been getting ads that are like a little commercial that drop down from the ad space at the top of the page. On a phone it takes a full page scroll to get past it and it blocks out the little notification window for likes and such. The latest one was for ben and Jerry's.
Quit googling ice cream. Unless Ben and Jerry are your gay porn faves. If that’s the case, quit watching it on your phone.
