Apparently they did because Rudy doesn't forget. You gonna argue with Rudy bro?
You dont get to my level of arguing by being scared to argue anyone.

Cy gon Cy.
Not the same words, but they clearly aren't touting him as an athlete. Just admit that you were wrong. It's okay.

12'8.5". Or 5 inches higher.
McGee's max vert was 32.5" at his draft combine.
Are you sure about that measurement?
Less weight to lift. More aerodynamic. Sexier. Why does everyone take their shirt off for this?
Different era. The 3PT shot was still a novelty when Eaton came into the league. The game was also more physical so outside shots could be contested. Jazz forced players into the middle, where Mark was waiting. Not saying Eaton wasn't a great shot-blocker. He was amazing. But I'm not sure I'd call his anticipation or timing skills elite. When you're 7'4" you're going to block a LOT of shots, especially when teams aren't shooting 30% of their shots from beyond the arc.Length, smarts, timing wins out everytime. That's what Mark Eaton did. Rudy's a better, longer athlete but he has similiar timing instincts. If he could get to Marks' anticipation skills he could be the best of all time.
Agreed. Eaton's timing was great because his hands were in the way almost all of the time. The dude was ginormous!Different era. The 3PT shot was still a novelty when Eaton came into the league.
