So David Aldridge reports this

It’s also been reported the Jazz have no plans of trading either. I could see that as two things. I could see that being completely true. I could also see them trying to rehab Rudy’s trade value a bit before the time comes. According to Aldridge, the Jazz have been thinking about this for a while.

Anyone actually believe this? Lol

If Rudy is a diva he's the diet version of one.

The media is just trying to throw boiled spaghetti at the wall to see if it sticks.

Why wouldn't the Jazz super max Rudy? What's a better option?
I think Rudy was taking little shots in post game to media about teammates all season and whining a lot this season. I do think it wore on teammates, as a fan it was wearing on me. Do I think hes a huge diva? No, but Rudy is certainly an interesting individual.

How credible is that guy? Any history of being reliable source when it comes to Jazz?
Fair question, and I don’t really recall exactly what his prior reports in regards to the Jazz have been.

He just started becoming a diva this year, who knows where it will lead. I'd say the same about Donovan though.
In this situation I agree. But beyond this, Donovan has been solid the entire time. I think Donovan and everyone else was probably getting pretty annoyed with much of Rudys behavior. As I've mentioned a few times, you'd always hear Donovan compliment Rudy. You would rarely hear Rudy compliment Donovan in the same manner.

Stuff happened every summer during the Karl Malone years, and then every fall the people involved got over it and went back to work. They are men. No, they aren't going to get along all of the time, and no, everything is not always perfect, but they are mostly intelligent and loyal enough to sit down and figure things out and then move on. A few bumps in the road do not mean it's time to blow things up. I hope the FO is less drama oriented than to OP and this media guy who cites vague rumors in place of actual sources.

Rudy and Donovan behave differently? This is a complete shocker! (But it also partially explains why I have had such an easy time telling them apart.)

Maybe the whole COVID thing caused Rudy to rethink his approach. Hopefully none of this is an issue when we finally get to watch some Bball.
