Rumor: Ronnie Turiaf in SLC

He though it meant Jerry is looking to retire. I took it to mean that Jerry was looking for a player from down south, perhaps from The Flash, maybe from Phoenix.

Well, if it was two weeks ago...no wonder. Jerry had come out in support of Carlos and KOC/Greg decided to let him take a hike (and I don't mean with Sloan). I'll bet ol' Jer' has a little more spring in his step these days with Jefferson coming to town.
 
i have a friend who has a friend who saw president obama in front of McDonald's on state street who said he is trying out for the jazz. but he thinks it was just checking out to make shure Mcdonald`s is not passing out toy surprices in the happy meals.

May not be jazz related but any1 got espn insider? There is a rumor about Matt barnes for possible destinations, something about the Lin PG and Shannon Brown that LA isn't a done deal.
 
How is this trade even possible? The Harp trade exception?

I've always liked Turiaf. He's tough, can play the 4 or the 5, and is another vet which I think would be helpful and round out our team nicely. But would we really take on 4M more in salary? I can't fathom it.
 
Something is going down, No black athlete would spend their offseason in SLC even just in the airport.
 
I've never even heard of the guy. How can so many people have such intimate knowledge of every player in the NBA?
 
I don't know about you, but I'd have this chick on my team any day.

I don't know that I could get used to old no-neck on my team.


Still . . . he has always played hard and that's what is needed to get minutes on the Jazz. Add no-neck and with Raja, Deron and Big AL, we would soon be known as a tough tough team. And not just because of COY's reputation.

Possible AK,

New York has stated they will try and get Carmelo Anthony next year

And AK`s cap space would be vital to them. Only thing is. I would want more than Ronnie Turiaf.
