I firmly believe Simmons would be at his best playing center, so unless Rudy is being traded somewhere else it doesn’t make sense for us.

I think Simmons is still a really good player and in the right situation he can flourish. What I don’t know is how much he wants it. He doesn’t seem to have that competitive spirit and that has been talked about since his LSU days.

His rationale for bailing was very lame. He could have done exactly the same thing that he said he needed to work on in their camp which is being held in LA because of COViD issues in Australia.
