Here is how it's going to be done: 6 rounds for 6 parts of the sandwich.

2. Meat
3. Condiment
4. Cheese
5. Wild card
6. Wild Card

You can draft these in any order you choose.

I don't do tourney voting. Just do the 1st/2nd/3rd place polls where 1st place votes = 3 points, 2nd place votes = 2 points, and 3rd place votes = 1 vote.
