This isnt that confusing.
Do you have to specify whether the meat/sandwich is hot or cold? Or do you just pick the thing and then you can add modifiers? There's a big difference between hot pastrami and cold pastrami, for example, or toasted or untoasted bread. Or would you count hot pastrami and cold pastrami as 2 different things? Would thinly sliced bacon be different than thick bacon?
