You wanna talk about Joe Ingles? Let's talk about Joe Ingles.

-He's the only player that hasn't missed a game.
-He leads the team in minutes played.
-He's never played as much as he is right now. He's already played about as many minutes this season as he did two years ago.
-He leads the team in 3-pointers made, 3-point percentage, and is tied for 3-pointers attempted.
-He's second in assists on the team, trailing Rubio in APG by less than 1, while committing about half as many turnovers.
-He's the most versatile (perimeter) defender on the team and is often tasked with taking the hardest assignment (by design or by default).
-He has the best chemistry with Rudy and basically everyone else on the team. He's the coach on the damn floor.
-He is being asked to do way more than he should be, and accomplishing far more than anyone ever thought he could.

If you want to make him the focus of your ire, spare yourself the embarrassment and just shut up. Dude is the embodiment of this team and this franchise.

30 something years ago my favorite jazz player was Bobby Hansen...mostly because i wore #20 in the rec league. Id watch jazz games hoping Bobby would let fly on 4 or 5 3-pointers, or out run Karl for a thunderous dunk on a break. Eventually i matured enough to realize what Bobby Hansen was and would never be, but i kept cheering for him.

Joe does things Hansen never could, but he still has limitations. Learn to appreciate him for what he does.

All that being said i wish joe could go off for 30pts once or twice when the Jazx need it.

Joe talks crap to EVERYONE. I can guarantee he has said... 'you aren't going to let some short, fat, slow, white dude keep making you look like a fool are you?' to every all star in the league.

Also, I love his googley eyed looks that he gives players for flopping. Now that we have Mitchell, Joe has dropped as my favorite Jazz player from #1 to #2.
