I just read the exchange between Cy and Xthren and I must say, I find it a lil weak to leave the forum and feel so attacked over that.
May I suggest just taking a few months off if you do go? That seems to work for a number of us.
Lastly, sorry to hear about your loss of your family members. I'm glad to hear you've received support from Jazzfanz. We can be a bunch of a-holes on here, but I promise, I don't think any member would ever post something to make you feel attacked or bad if they knew you've been going through some unbelievably rough times.

There may be more to it than this, judging by the many hostile comments I have received here over the years. Some people here are quick to denigrate and ridicule just because they disagree.

It amounts to 24 post a day over the 9 year span this account has been active.

Like most people I have a job that has downtime and I poop on toilets.

See, this is the problem. Every time I think it would be better for my mental health to stay away from here, you make me laugh. The fact that I laughed at the above conversation shows I'm already mentally deranged, so I might as well stay.

I wish Xthren all the best. It sounds like you've gone through more than anyone should have to, and you deserve to find peace and happiness wherever you can.

wishing you all the best - I guess since you've changed your username a couple of times, I'd lost track of who you were - things can get intense around here (and just about everywhere these days) so it's good to step back for a bit - hope the Jazz give you something to cheer
