Using Pythagorean Expectation, Jazz have the 9th toughest schedule in the league. 18th toughest post ASB

That's pretty telling too since the Jazz had a pretty good W/L record last year, which highly influences these things. Basically every team they play this year 3 times from the West are the bad teams.

How convenient both Cleveland and Golden State have one of the easier schedules.

With GSW it's mainly because they don't have to play vs the best team in history 4 times. Similarly Boston and CLE(they don't have to play themselves 4 times) in the East but with much worse competition down the line in the conference.

March 23 Boston comes to Portland

Cappy gonna have a seat behind Boston bench just to heckle Haywood.

That punk may be able to avoid fans in SLC next year, but he can't dodge us everywhere!

Jazz are always going to get boned worse on the schedule because they refuse to schedule home Sunday games.

Very true and once I learned this, I stopped bitching about Utah's amount of back-to-backs. Funny thing is, I've been to a Sunday regular season home game in the Delta Center. It was either in the very late 90's or very early 00's and the were playing the Suns.

Get this: The arena was full, beer was being consumed, a Jazz win was enjoyed by all and yet somehow the moral fiber that binds this state together managed to stay intact.

Memo to the Miller family: Stop doing your team a disservice and let them play Sunday home games!!

Jazz better be no worse than 15-8 on December 2 - their schedule from 12/4 against Washington to 12/30 against Cleveland is like nothing I've ever seen. Brutal stretch of games.

I'd be thrilled with 5-10.

I know some of you might not like hearing this, but this schedule is perfect for tanking... Absolutely perfect! You can try to win while the schedule is brutal in the first half of the season... get pummeled by the freight train that's coming in December. Know you are not getting anywhere by trade deadline, shut down our best players to save them from injuries or rehabilitate small nicks and bruises when the schedule gets easier down the stretch in February-April.

The result - lose while trying because of brutal first half of the season schedule. Lose while tanking and not needing wins in the easier second half of the schedule. Lose a ton of games. Get one of Bagley, Doncic, Porter!

Funny timing, not all businesses are open on Sunday.
