The more I look into it the more I agree. Read some articles on the guy too. He's a no nonsense type. I think our young guys need a coach who's an authoritarian/leader type.

How about Nate McMillan? If I remember it right Sloan was impressed and liked him while Nate was Portland's coach.

There are rumors that Rick Adelman may step down this year in Minny. I think he's respectable and seasoned. His Sacramento and Houston teams were well run.
