SVG is the answer. Defensive-minded, excellent at developing talent and getting the max out of his players.. has colorful, humorous and tough personality, constantly tells interesting yet controversial things lol. Jazz will make the headlines quite often haha

Still remember reading TrailBlazer forums, and they senselessly would rip in McMillan. Mostly for his completely fixed minute rotations that he would rarely deviate from
 
I don't want a retread guy. I want the Jazz to find the next up and coming coach who can relate to players and teach the team how to play defense and who is willing to push the ball on offense. SVG, JVG, Nate Mc., Scott S.have had their day in the sun with mixed reviews. Jazz need to find a coach who can relate to their players and not some old guy who are stuck in their way of coaching.
 
Or they should get David Blatt to come back coaching to USA. Best American coach outside of NBA in the world.

And don't you see that he's declining? He couldn't even get Minnesota into the playoffs all of those years and he had Kevin Love. Just like Sloan, he's far past his expiration date, and he was once he left Houston.
 
Nate McMillan is one of the few retread coaches I personally am okay if the Jazz considered it. Speaking of Spurs ties and even Sloan ties Brad Jones has been a HC for the Flash has family and personal ties to Sloan as well as he was the HC for the Spurs NBDL team.
 
Scott Skiles is most likely to get shot by his own troops. Players end up hating him. I wouldn't be surprised if Brad Jones is high on DL's list. Funny how nobody wants Sidney Lowe.
