What's new

Screw it.. GAME #82 Jazz playing another basketball game in Memphis 4/17 6PM Utah Time ESPN

And yet the Jazz are still in the game!!!! Good things are sure to come.

Hayward just got back in the game after a chewing out and benching by Corbin, heard it on the radio, but I didn't see what Hayward was doing....anybody see it?

I didnt see anything. Does anyone know what Hayward did?

I guess I was too distracted with big Al's horrible defense, Millsap playing scared, and Jo's chucking.

I guess Hayward can't make a mistake but the vets can

We have a problem going forward

1. Favors - He'll be gone in 2 years.
2. Hayward - Gone in 2 years.
3. Burks - gone in 3 years
4. Enes - gone in 3 years
5. Ty - Here forever...........

As Mo was driving for the last shot of the half I heard the song playing...did you?

" Where have all good men gone
And where are all the gods?
Where’s the street-wise Hercules
To fight the rising odds?

Isn’t there a white knight upon a fiery steed?
Late at night I toss and I turn and I dream of what I need

I need a hero
I’m holding out for a hero ‘til the end of the night
He’s gotta be strong
And he’s gotta be fast
And he’s gotta be fresh from the fight
I need a hero
I’m holding out for a hero ‘til the morning light
He’s gotta be sure
And it’s gotta be soon
And he’s gotta be larger than life (larger than life...)

Somewhere after midnight
In my wildest fantasy
Somewhere just beyond my reach
There’s someone reaching back for me

Racing on the thunder and rising with the heat
Isn't there a superman to sweep me off my feet"

I understand everyone wants to see some jazz games in playoffs, but making playoffs this year will create another illusion just like last year, it will block our development and not let us do the necessary moves in next offseason. Honestly i dont wanna see utah being swept in the first round again, lets just lose and tank next year, so we can be reborn and create a contender after next year. The team on shoulders of Stats star jefferson cant be anything more than a team which barely makes playoffs and gets beaten in first round, just like we are now. Stop dreaming and see the reality people!

Repped.

The Jazz would be down 15 points if they didn't have Favors, has highly altered nearly every shot at the rim Memphis has taken.

Dinner is done, I'm back.

After Hayward drove to the basket pulled a double team and dished off to Al for a lay-up (about 3 minutes into the game) Locke said that Ty was really getting after Hayward. And they said something about Grizzilies will always force base-line from anywhere on the court. I speculated that Hayward had taken the baseline drive and dished to Al.

Then I lost radio signal, when it came back Marvin was in.
