Should the Jazz Sign D-Will?

Bring him back. We’re not looking good if Rubio goes down.

Around the trade deadline last season I was all for it. Now l don't know. He was embarrassingly bad in the finals.

Word is he's lost his passion for the game or can't accept being a role player. Is he even in shape?

Maybe coming back to Utah to right a wrong (especially in front of Coach Sloan every home game) might give him some motivation.

Hey, at least there's no awkward reunion with Hayward to worry about.

I mean, he was pretty good last year until the Finals.

Playoff minutes Williams logged before leaving the Jazz: 1779
Playoff minutes Williams logged after leaving the Jazz: 1223

Hope you enjoyed the greener pastures, you fat, useless piece of ****. And stay as far away from the Jazz as you can.

You’ll have to add a third category for minutes played during our upcoming deep playoff run.

I'd love to see him back in Utah as a backup pg. He gave the jazz a lot of good years and it would be nice to retire his jersey here. Obviously, his attitude hasn't always been the best and you have to question his work ethic. How he went from being a top 3 point guard in the league to not even being in the league in just a matter of a few years is crazy.

Before Exum went down, we had 16 guys for 15 slots. So if we end up with another slot, it's pretty easy for me to say we should roll with what we've got.

We get an exception but not a roster spot. We'd have to cut 2 people to sign dwill. I really don't think we need another pg unless Neto, DM, or Rubio get hurt. DM can guard second unit pgs and he can play with Ingles a bit to help with PG stuff. If it ain't working then play Neto... he's a solid backup.

I liked DWill too but the time to bring him in was after he was released last year. He could have helped. If Someone else gets hurt then sure.

I was all for bringing him back last year, but came here to say at this point, no.

Then I remembered how funny it would be for the haters to have to watch him play in a Jazz uniform again.

Hell yeah, let's bring him back.

That's not the way ESPN made it sound.

I think the Jazz should develop DM. The Jazz are looking like a low seed and likely first-round exit this season. Developing Donovan should be a priority. That said, I don't think DWill makes us better. Also, didn't he go back to Dallas?

The Warriors did that to 90% of the players in the nba

They beat everyone, sure. And they swept the Jazz. But for the most part, the Jazz are young and their best basketball still lay ahead of them.

There's no need to open a casket before every game and remind everyone (including Williams) of the story arc that led his corpse back to the Viv.
