What's new

Should the Jazz start Josh Howard against the Lakers?

Did you guys go to the Avery Johnson School of Coaching?

You win 5 in a row so you think the next best move is to switch your lineup around?

What does that tell your team?

As far as Howard is concerned, he has to play on the second team until Favors, Kanter and Burks show consistency on offense. Favors is close; but Kanter and Burks need work. Kanter is too raw and while I've chug-a-lugged the Burks Kool-Aid; that kid will shoot you out of a game if you put him a position where he HAS to produce offense for you.

I'm kindof on the fence with this one. What we have now is working fine but I wouldn't be angry to see them go big with Favors and Jefferson. Only thing I would really sugguest is keeping fresh legs guarding Kobe. If they rotated Bell/Haward/Howard on him all night his older legs would have to get tired. Kobe is a superstar and is gonna get his but I thing with someone bumping him all night he would be less affective in the second half.

Pretty much did it on purpose. Was kinda fun to watch.

I see nobody here is arguing with my assertion that Harris-Bell is the worst starting guard line in the league. I expected some flack over that comment or some statistical arguments at the least. Unfortunately, i guess this is only too true.

I say do this line-up and go REALLY BIG to start and see if we can get the Lakers to have to adjust to us?:

PG - Harris
SF - Millsap
PF - Favors
PF2 - Jefferson
C - Kanter
This is not a big line up.
Big line up is

PG - Hayward

Not only do I want the Mamba killer continuing to make Kobe stare at his hands in disbelief; I want him to score a new career high against him as well.

This, tonight.

I don't know about you all but I think Hayward has a nice rack.
