Fes looks like he is coming back.... no big surprise though.

Or at least a restricted FA

Think he will get any offers besides the Jazz?

How much is too much for Fes?

this doesn't mean fes is coming back... just means the jazz want to have their options, including the right to match. he could still be gone.

@tribjazz: Jazz confirm qualifying offers to Kyrylo Fesenko and Wesley Matthews. Fesenko's is $1.0875 million, Matthews $937,195.

Kinda strange since Fes is a BIG dope, he gets more. Mathews is SOO much a better player, it isnt funny. Fes is a big useless piece of ****, IMO. Emphasis on BIG, I get that part.

Qualifying offers are determined by years in league I think. They are set and can't be raised if right.

And previous salary. QO's make players RFAs. That's all they are there for.

EDIT: Also makes a salary hold on the salary cap.

It probably has to do with the minimum salary for Fes since he has been in the league for several years now. Also, QO's are simply a formality...I'd guess that the Jazz try to sign both players on the cheap for 2-3 years.

Couldn't some team like Portland really screw us over by offering Fess something more than we'd want to offer? With Memo out and Kosta sucking, we cannot lose Fess right now.

So again, couldn't Portland or some other team really stick it to us by offering Fess nothing that they couldn't handle but a lot more than the Jazz would want to offer?

Fes is no Millsap.
