So there's a game in 10 minutes...

Fortunately we saved 4 fouls for the 8 minutes that Gobert will get to play in the second half. . .
 
From my Alec burks notepad....... he attempted ONE shot in the paint so far (wtf), and that resulted in two points.

Attack mother ****er.

It's nice that you can make some threes but forget that **** and get to the rim!

I'm interested to see Gobert and Kanter together with how Kanter's playing right now. I have to give props to Kanter; his game is coming along on. He's getting better on D and seems to have a bit of chemistry with Gobert on the sidelines, which I think is important for him. Hayward sucks and looks like he'd rather be playing Starcraft. Burks is active. The rest of the team sucks!!!!!

I want him to take every single open 3 he gets! If anything, I saw him hesitate on a couple of completely open 3s... and then tried some half-assed drives... It should be automatic for him. Open 3, shoot it! Defender quickly closing in, attack the close out and drive!
 
60+ points again!!!! Freaking Burke passing while he had a wide open 3 to into traffic, with like 2 on the clock... :mad:

It just shows you how limited Novak's game is. He can only shoot threes! He can't even draw fouls when shooting threes. If he does, everything just goes to hell, and all he can do is just walk away.
 
when your starting guards fight through screens like Burke and Burks, then you're going to struggle. Lindsey probably has to fix this, not Q, cuz they don't seem to have it.


(It sucks to watch Shroeder being a pit bull in ATL.... Oof, we could use him)

I really like the Kanter/Gobert front court
