If you only look at franchise players as those who average 20+, then no. But Gobert changes games every time he comes in. He's been part of so many runs the Jazz have made over the last several games it's just too hard to ignore. And this is only his 2nd season (after playing scrub mins. in just 45 games last season).

The whole damn team is young. It's all about developing these guys. Loving the potential for a Gobert, Favors, Hayward, Burks and Exum lineup. Also think there's more room for Kanter, Hood and Burke to become a really good bench unit. If Kanter continues to improve, there's no way the Jazz just let him walk.

They need to trust in the pass and get it to Gobert for an oop. Otherwise your spacing gets screwed up and the other team can gamble more. You start doing it more and more and live with the consequences. He'll screw up, but he'll grow.
