Upset a'brewin!

Just scored some tix from a season ticket holder who can't go! Hoping for the same effort we saw against UCLA minus the turnovers.

Good luck utes.... you're gonna need it

I think Utah probably overlooks Stanford and gets woodsheded considering their rivalry game with Colorado is only a month and a half away. The excitement for that one is already palpable throughout Utah.

This times a million. I'm so excited about that rivalry game that I can hardly think straight. Who is it with again?

I feel like Utah can compete in this game. The growing pains have been tough but it finally seems like they are trending in the right direction and I expect them to get their 1st PAC 12 "signature win" before the season is over. IMO the PAC is a much stronger conference than 2 years ago and has firmly entrenched itself as the 2nd best conference in the country.

The schedule is brutal but it helps serve as a true indicator of what this program needs to do to take that next step.

Looking forward to seeing the Trees play. They're solid, but I'm not sold on the #5 ranking just yet.

I was thinking of selling my tickets to this game. I have never sold my tickets to any game ever.

One of the biggest home games ever and you'd sell your ticket? A home game like this was but a dream a few years ago.

I sold mine. This is the game I was most interested in, too. But I will not be able to attend.

Bummer.

As far as Utah's chances go... To be perfectly honest, I was expecting much less against UCLA, so naturally I have my hopes up now. I hope they are not dashed in a tsunami of Stanford domination.

Stanford and Son? I loved that show!

Jake Murphy being out for the season with wrist surgery sure wont help the U's chances that's for sure.

Not to state the obvious but the U will have to play their best game of the season just to have a chance. With that said, of course I think they can win.

I'm hiring a PI to explore connections between the Eccles family and Las Vegas sportsbooks. They are clearly colluding in the suppression of Utah football betting lines this year. Stanford -8 1/2 after Jake Murphy gets hurt? C'mon, I know the Pac 12 is full of San Diego States once you pull back the hype facade...but it's just not right.

Lol, I know it must sting that the PAC is looking strong this year even though your beloved "other" favorite team is a dumpster fire but try not to be such a Moran.

Stanford and Oregon are beasts, UCLA and Washington are right behind them and the middle teams are probably just as good as anything the Big 10 or ACC have to offer after you take Ohio State and Florida State out of the equation.

It's a great conference, and I have a hunch that you know that. You just can't help being a useless tool. Thanks for invading a Utah thread (as usual) and thanks to your USC Trojans for bringing down the overall quality of the conference. Otherwise, they might have been the deepest conference in the country.

Is this like that one time you told everyone to "bet the farm" on the Utah vs byu spread, but you wouldn't bet me $100?

Bitch.

Bwhahaha. I tried to walk you down off that 7 spread to a dinky 5.5 and you wouldn't bite. 1.5 points, that you wouldn't give. That's why that bet never happened.

Look, all I'm saying is that when Governor Leland Stanford appears to you in your dreams tonight and tells you to bet the farm on his University against Utah, just do it.
