One thing I will say to counter MVP's incorrectness, is if Dante doesn't even compare to the likes of Westbrook, Fox etc in terms of speed, why is does he so often stay in front of them on defense when he's going laterally or even backwards? Yet they're trying to motor to the basket in a forward motion, which is the easier motion.
The game is played on the basketball court, not the track field. Therefore, his speed on both ends of the court, and his length, especially when guarding the likes of Russ and Fox is an immense thing to have.
