I think we're long past that at this point. During that losing skid, Burks was one of the only bright spots. If anyone on this team has earned their minutes this season, it's Burks.
btw, i stand pretty firmly with the argument that hayward's struggles have a lot to do with offensive schematics. You know.... Those things that haven't changed very much since 1988.
Corbin is very absurd....
I agree, Hayward will have a bigger role playing with Favors and Kanter on the floor. I'm really starting to like the idea of trading both Al and Millsap, but not till draft time.btw, I stand pretty firmly with the argument that Hayward's struggles have a lot to do with offensive schematics. You gotta help the younger players.
"Adding Gordon is easy," Watson said. "He's another player who can benefit playing fast and he'll make a lot of plays. He's a playmaker. I'm going to try and make him a scorer — get him in positions where he can score 12 to 15 points coming off the bench. So you have him, Burks, C.J. [Miles] — three guards — that's pretty tough
Put a gun to my head, and I don't mind seeing those guys start and the young guys play together... but when it comes to the end of games and the vets are subbed in, that is when it will be infuriating
This is awesome.
