Sorry, my response got totally messed by my computer.
1. Millsap
- I like his toughness , I say keep him

2. Draft solid palyers
- If we believe in Hayward, Favors & Evans, that is enough outh for me. I say trade them for proven playersd.

I agree, but we have 2 more years.

4. Get rid of Devin Harris
Agree. I do not like his play actually. He is way out of control and not good at making sure EVERYONE gets involved.

5. Start Hayward and Favors

Wow, that's a lot. I am a HUGE Hayward fan, but objectively speaking, I feel he has earned the right to be a *regular* bench player, getting a solid 20 minutes a night. I feel the same for Favors.
If we do start them both, that is even more of a sign we need to trade our upcoming picks for proven players. If we start them then stick to it all year and call it a rebuilding year.
They will have may ups/downs.
I like Hayward/Favors and Evans. If we commit to 3 of them, that is way more than enough youth for me.

Right now, we have a real crisis. It's either up and down, and frankly, it seems like we're going down. Nothing seems right about CJ Miles clanking up a brick and on the other side of the court, our undersized bigmen getting penetrated inside. And what can be done?

1. Trade Paul Millsap
Millsap is a great asset, but he's too short and stubby for the long haul. His development arch is going to be very reminiscient of Jason Maxiell's: as he loses athleticism and mobility, his height will become more and more glaring. Trade him for cash and considerations.

2. Draft solid players
We just need to pick up some players who can shoot the ball and get a few rebounds here and there. Jimmer can't do that. Yes he's mormon, and I'd love to have a player of my religion on my team so I can be like, "Oh man, people must be thinking about my religion" whenever he scores, he's going to SUCK flippin hard at the next level.

3. Get rid of Corbin
Corbin looks like he hasn't seen a blue moon in a firefly's nest. What I mean by that is, he's too nervous, too timid, too personable, too normal. He's average. The team will duplicate the coach and be average.

4. Get rid of Devin Harris
He's a good guy, I like his style, but he needs to learn one thing: patience. The guy just runs up and down like a freight train, but except he doesn't really know what he's doing once he get's there. Some things are better left unspoken, and this is one thing that I don't think is.

5. Start Hayward and Favors
They need to learn what it's like being up front and center, in the limelight. Take away their bottles and knapsacks and give them their hardhats: get to work boys. I can see numbers like 12/7 and 14/5 respectively, and hopefully those numbers add up to a winning sum.

I agree, for the most part, with this entire post.

1. Maxiell and Millsap are about the same age if I'm not mistaken so reminiscent is a weird term to use. And he's better than Maxiell ever was. But your point is noted. His height will always be an issue and I don't necessarily disagree with that. I'd love to trade him to a habitual bottomfeeder.
2. We need more than just solid players. We need Irving, Williams or Barnes and for one of them to turn into a perennial all-star. But your point makes some sense.
3. THIS SHOULD BE PRIORITY NUMBER ONE. The guy couldn't coach his way out of a paper bag and yet the FO prematurely gave him an extension and people continue to support him. It boggles my mind. JVG in here with the length of Favors and Jefferson up front could do wonders.

6. Give Raja Bell His Minutes
I know you're thinking, "Woah, woah, give Raja his minutes?" Hear me out here. If there's one guy who can help the Jazz mentality on this day forward, it's Raja. He has more leadership in his pinky finger than Corbin has in his uterus. I say give him the reigns to the franchise and let him do what he does best.

7. Let Kirilenko Go
The man who has been kept solely on his +/- merits should know that this isn't the end. But it is as far as we're concerned. Cut ties, leave a little slack, and let's see what happens, let's see where it goes from here.

8. Extend CJ Miles
You may not like him, because, what, he shoots too much?? Okay. But he's the only one willing to shoot and miss those shots, most of the team doesn't like missing, but CJ DOES. That's something beneficial to a team. He is the closest thing we have to a hero.

9. Convince the Miller family to leave
Their time has run their course. I remember when LHM wouldn't let that movie be in the theaters. Well, it's happening again. The LHM family isn't letting our team play in the limelight. We're still being spoonfed by these guys, but they don't have any idea what time it is. Bring back the old slogan and rip off the Laker's offensive sets. Get Gail a chair by the fire, it's bingo time, or at least time for some tea and crumpits.
