Stupid Pet Peeves

My wife makes me sometimes. I hate it. Because;

1. I am too scrunched.
2. I look like a tool.
3. I gave in.

well if you're in a noisy restaurant, it's better than trying to hold a conversation shouting across the table
or you could just go for the Early Bird

:-)

Watch it..

Actually, my wife and I usually sit at the bar, so it's not normally an issue. This does sometimes create completely different issues, though.

This deserves another mention: Left lane loafers. I don't think I have a bigger pet peeve. If you're not passing GTFO the passing lane!

All the taxes and fees on that get added on to the utilities bills.

I think our cell phone bill is about 25% taxes and fees.

And then there's the fee for the discounted pricing on the electric bill.

(side peeve: spell check auto-correct, at times)

Bobby pins

My wife and my daughter leave them everywhere. Bobby pins in the shower, in the carpet, on the counters, on the bed stand, in the cup holder in the car. The one place I don't find bobby pins is in the bobby pin container.

Explain please.

interesting people get stirred up every now and then; they take a little energy from elsewhere and pump it through them -- maybe just so they can let go of some of their own ********. The will to soberness is often the most stifling voice around. And it also usually demands that it be seen as the gatekeeper to genuine experience. I ****s with that because it's wrong. Being healthy is cool, though. Sobriety isn't the gatekeeper to that, either.

EDIT TO ADD: some people get their kicks by catching the holy ghost. Others get it from some form of ascetic diet. Others get it from "drugs". Etc. common/sober sense is the enemy at these times.

I was just curious to your viewpoint. Very interesting. I don't agree, but still interesting. Thanks for sharing!

Lol Arizona is way different than other places for sure. Passing lane? They literally have signs that say "Slower traffic keep right". The left lane is for people who wan't to go faster than the speed limit not to pass.

Pretty sure I posted this one somewhere with hair scrunchies or wtf they are called. I finally started throwing those ****ers away. Same with empty water bottles, coffee mugs, crayons and coloring books, and all the other bull **** I have to clean up every single day.

Shoes and clothes are next. They can all go nekked for all I care. (delete response asap)

I'm sure I've posted this one before, but people who drive in your blind spot. Like they're you're freaking wingman all the sudden. You speed up they speed up. You slow down they slow down. Always just chillin' right in your blind spot.
