That's Bjelica. Euroleague MVP. He's going to be with the Wolves this season. He's actually pretty good.
 
12 rebs in 18 minutes for Pleiss. Dominant on the boards. I like that a lot. If he can spell Rudy for 10 or so minutes and dominate the boards like that, he's a solid addition.

Gobert is simply the best player on the floor in every game.
 
Teodosic did not play for Serbia did he? That will make a big difference for them. To bad he has never given it a shot in the NBA. Would have been fun to see Bobo vs. Gobert, but alas Spurs are not letting him play.
 
What were rudys final #'s?
 
Looks like next friendly is against Russia on Sunday. 11:15 MT. No Mozgov means no problems for Gobert.

I am guessing Lyles will not be on Canada's Fiba Americas Roster, but Canada still has not made a roster yet as far as I know. I guess they are waiting til the last minute. Their competition is busy playing games now.

Yes. It was 10, 6, 3 blocks and 3 steals. I watched the game and he deserved at least one more block on the boxscore. Also he dominated the D the same way he did with the Jazz this year. Changed ton of shots and basically made the Serbs change their whole offensive scheme.
Also, as predicted, he seems like a big fans' favourite in France as well. The commentator went nuts with every dunk or block he made (there were about 8 of those...)

France will play my national team (Israel) on the last group stage game of the Eurobasket. I sure hope they will secure next stage appearance allready so I could simply enjoy him block Casspi and the rest with no coflicted feelings...

Group A is pretty weak. Israel definitely avoided the group of death. I hope Israel was taking it easy in their friendly against Macedonia though as they got smacked. Neat that it was in Ohrid a lake town i visited a long time ago. After France all the teams are pretty evenly matched. Bosnia though is missing most of its best players (Nurkic, Teletovic, Djedovic). I am taking a wild guess and saying Israel better have things wrapped up to advance before the France game.

You should be loyal to Gobert and the Jazz. They will never ask you to kill in the name of vital franchise interests. Nationalism is dumb. The only way I will be conflicted this year is if Hayward makes the US team, otherwise I'm rooting for Gobert and his team all the way.
 
Russia missing most of their big names so the game should not be a problem considering the way France played against Serbia.
