What's new

Summer League: Jazz vs. Pacers Thursday 1 pm MST

It's funny how you're now a relative Kanter supporter in compared to the bipolardness that is this board.

I've been a supporter since we drafted him. I didn't like the pick, but now that he is on the team I don't see the point in trashing him.

That's what I like about Cyrone. He doesn't judge the whole just over the random pieces. Maybe that's why he seems as a contrarian all the time.

Note: No homo, dude.

Some people are just haters. It's one thing to not like a player, but that player is on the team you follow then there's nothing to gain from railing on them all the time.

Horrible call against Burks. When you avoid the charge and the guy has to lean into it to try to get a charge, it's not a charge.

Regardless, Burks has looked great in every game I've seen. He's shown an ability to score at will, pass nicely, as well as elevate for rebounds. His D will hold him back from playing as many minutes as he could, though.

"Enes Kanter looks more like a guy who is trying to latch onto a NBA roster than someone who was drafted 3rd overall here in Orlando so far."

The word "bust" keeps coming to mind. :(

I wish Kanter would shoot mid range jumpers more, instead of always posting up.

Due to various tweets, interviews and articles last year I was under the impression that the Jazz org was having Kanter focus on low post play specifically. Perhaps that is still the case and why Kanter is not shooting Js.

well, this game sums much we knew about Kanter anyway... horrible passing, horrible pick and roll skills, great rebounding, no elevation, good post offense, no mid range game, good post defense, poor help defense.
