Super Bowl: Packers vs. Steelers

My only hope is that I find a solid Super Bowl party to go to, because the game is almost completely uninteresting to me on the surface at this point. I've got Pittsburgh winning though.

Green Bay seems to have the feel of a team that catches fire at the right time and it carries them through to a Super Bowl win.

.....the Packers couldn't score in the second half from the line of scrimmage...and gave up two passing touchdowns to a 3rd string quarterback! Steelers get ring number 7 on Feb. 6th.

How many second half points did Pittsburgh score?

Steelers win. I've seen too many games when Rodgers has pressure on him (Detroit game before he got hurt) when he seems to make bad decisions and sort of panic, even if it's just a little. And Big Ben never panics. This difference in poise will be the difference imo.

You make a damn good argument.

I just think that Green Bay on a fast track is damn near impossible to stop right now. Indoors @ Dallas is going to be a fast track. Plus, if the Jets can put up 19 on Pitt in their own stadium, I have to think GB can do more damage in Dallas.

I'm not sure who I dislike more, Big Ben and the Steelers or the Pack. I think I will be cheering for the Steelers just so I can say my Jets lost to the Champs.
