Go Youth! go Jazz.
Not without veteran leadership, someone who's been there before. This is why we need Jefferson, Foye, Williams and Williams. They know how to win and take their teams far into the playoffs.
1. Our bench would be much worse with these players starting
2. I don't think these players will be consistent enough offensively to be a playoff team
3. Kanter and Hayward are the only 2 I would be comfortable counting on night in and night out, and I wouldn't be that confident in them yet
I think it would be a damn fun team to watch, but I just don't think they would be a playoff team. Unless we happened to sign a really nice bench.
1. Pure ocnjecture. We do have an aweful lot of cap space.
2. Hayward has been very consistent.
3. If you are not confident in Hayward yet then you never will be.
My reasons they will be better:
1. They hustle
2. They have heart
3. They care about D
4. They get to the FT line
5. They can run
6. 2 are rebounding monsters
7. One has potential D player of the year ability
1.The chances they sign players through FA as good as the 4 anointed ones to come off the bench are not good
2. Hayward has been pretty consistent, much better when he has been coming off the bench though
3. I am most confident in Hayward and Kanter, but do I think they are ready to carry a team? Nope.
At least we do not have to think on wether Big Al is ready to lead a team. The answer to that is no.
True, I just think there will be much longer stretches next year where we dont play well if thats the lineup we are relying on. I will love to watch them but I think there will be struggles.
Of course there will be. But over all I think that is a better team. Those struggles should have happened this year or even last year for Hayward and Favors.
