Taking the fun out of life

Dang, that really sucks.
17 and gets cancer. This world can be so stinking unfair.
I wish I had something I could say to help, or words of advice, but I don't think there is anything other than I am sorry he has to deal with this at all let alone at this time in his life.

oh man. I am so sorry for you and yours. That is horrible. Do your best to keep his spirits up.

Oh my God.

As an 18 year old, I associate disease with something that will only affect me "a long time away" from now. This is just.....absolutely terrible. Is there any other option to treatment? Have you visited a naturopath for any other medical opinions as to how he should be treated?

Best wishes to you and your family. Tough news man.

Here's question if you don't mind answering, how did you guys catch the cancer in his ankle?

That sucks man. Best wishes to the best possible outcome.
A couple years ago my wife's 17 year old cousin got some form of cancer on her ovaries. Luckily, they caught it pretty early and it was a very aggressive and fast moving cancer, but rarely lethal. She had to give up a full ride cheerleading scholarship to get treated. She ended up with a complete hysterectomy at 17 years old. Some things just ain't fair.

Ugh. It's things like this that make all the dick jokes and stupid arguing seem inconsequential and silly. Really, I feel horrible for you guys. I think I speak for all of us when I say that if you need anything, you just have to ask. I mean it, anything. Good group of people here; use us.

Oh, I just saw this. I am really sorry to hear about your son's situation. Of course, young or old, no one is invincible, but neither is any disease. Now, youth of your son is his greatest strength. I hope he will get well as soon as possible in the best way.

And don't forget to inform us about the treatment sir, we'll be waiting for the good and better news.

This is awful to hear :(. I wish only the best for you, your son and your family. I'll be praying that not he recovers but that he can get out on the court again.

if the bone is soft, I bet I know how to make it hard again, seriously.
I don't know a lot about cancer, especially in the ankle, but I know how to fix bones, and fast.

We're not banning Dalamon, he's good stuff.

Also kudos on Trouts post in here earlier, I'd like to echo his thoughts.

package deal?

The irony is nothing short of amazing.

For your information, I have 3 immediate family members that have suffered from various types of Stage IV cancers. One of them had a sarcoma in his left arm, and he was told that he needed to have it amputated. When he decided to check out naturopathics (he stopped visiting his surgeon, avoided appointments) they x-rayed him again, and they decided to call off the operation because his cancer had regressed. Presently, all three have been cancer free for several years now :) (knock on wood)

I am not saying that that this always happens, nor am I suggesting that naturopathics is superior to classic medical cancer treatment. However, in my opinion, it is the type of thing that really has no sort of harm on the body whatsoever if you follow it. You have nothing to lose, except for paying the naturopath every time you visit. My suggestion to you and your son: Do some research on it, call a local naturopath, and see if he could offer any sort of help whatsoever.

Jason, can we please auto-ban this ****ing tool?

Well, is the doctor gonna help?

No, I don't expect any of you to believe me. But here is the truth: I have seen bones heal many many times with what I have.

My nephew shattered his arm so bad that the doc said it would take 6 months to heal and would never be normal. He took my stuff, and was completely normal and healed in 2 months. I had no doubt it would happen, and I assured my sister it would. She went on to get the stuff to other friends of hers. Same results.

A 60 year old lady had a broken leg that had no healed in 4 months and her stupid doctor said it probably never would. I gave her my stuff, she was healed in 3 weeks. When she showed the doctor what she had done, the doctor actually got mad at her.

It works every time. Of course, there are always people who refuse to even look into it. That's ok. I will present what I have and it is up to the individual.

Another thing...you can look this up: There is a health claim approved by the FDA that states that cancer can be prevented with selenium supplementation. You know why that is an FDA approved claim? Because my company sued the FDA and the FDA caved on the steps of the Supreme Court because we had so much scientific evidence.

I hear people complain about their health problems all the time. It's stuff that I know can be fixed. They prefer to go to doctors and never get it fixed.

If I had health problems and someone said they had the answers, I would surely listen and see what they got. But I know a lot of people just won't. Hey, it's up to you.
But I do have something.
