Holy ****!! Saw the replay. There aren't words to describe this injury. Was watching the replay, not realizing how bad it was, and saw how he landed went into convulsions. Holy ****!!! I wasn't not prepared to see that. How he looked so calm, I will never know.

My my prayers go out to Paul George, and hope he has a speedy recovery. Wow... Just wow.

Yeah I was watching and jumped on to see what others thought they saw, cause to me it looked really bad like a tib & fib break. In fast motion I thought he had a bad ankle sprain and then in the replay I realized that was his leg that bent and not his ankle..... wow U G L Y.

Definitely a tib and fib. Will probably get a rod in it, he'll never be the same.

I know it's totally inapropriate to show cynicism in that situation.

But Harden witnessing that situation up close, he's like:

I won't start playing defense!

We have the first round of cuts... Wall, Beal and Millsap out.

USA Basketball cut Washington Wizards guards John Wall and Bradley Beal and Atlanta Hawks forward Paul Millsap on Monday, reducing its roster in advance of this month's World Cup of Basketball in Spain, sources told Yahoo Sports.

The U.S. lost guard Paul George after he broke his leg during Friday's scrimmage. USA Basketball must submit its official 12-player roster the day before the tournament starts on Aug. 30.

Millsap had been a late addition to the pool of players after forwards Kevin Love and Blake Griffin withdrew shortly before the start of training camp.

Still remaining in the U.S. pool of players are guards Derrick Rose, Stephen Curry, Kyrie Irving, Klay Thompson, DeMar DeRozan, James Harden, Kyle Korver, Damian Lillard; forwards Kevin Durant, Anthony Davis, Chandler Parsons, Gordon Hayward, Kenneth Faried; and centers DeMarcus Cousins and Andre Drummond.

Damn, that boy had so much potential.. man..

Doesn't a restructured bone come back stronger though? I heard rumors of that being so, but good lawd. I'm sure his athleticism is going to be affected by this right here, and he's going to think twice about doing something batshiz crazy again.

My prediction is that last four players to be cut will be Plumlee, Korver, Faried, and either DeRozan or Hayward.

he is still young, but he will basically lose 2 years of prime years. he would've entered his prime this coming season. i would say his come back season will be a full of rust, bad chemistry, frustration, occasionally glimpse of old pg, and alot of scratching back of heads.

Hayward can play both SF and Guard. A bunch of minutes just opened up for SF, I'd almost call it a lock that Hayward gets in over Derozen. I think Korver makes the team too. Plumlee, Faried and Derozen out. I would have kept Milsap over Faried.
