Dutch--I have no beef with you, and quite honestly, I'd appreciate it if you'd quit posting in this thread and hijacking it, but carry on as you will.

I'm sure you think I'm just kissing mod butt, but I'm not .. I'm just butting my nose where it doesn't belong to say;
#1 you're coming off as the douche here
#2. The public doesn't care about this
 
Colton, I know exactly what "lie" means. If BigB is truly mistaken, then he should say he's mistaken. Is that too much to ask after he made false statements about me? Instead he's doubling down on his incorrect statements. An apology is still in order, either way imo, but that's something a decent human being would do. I've come to realize that's too much to ask. All I'm expecting at this point is for him to at least admit both of his statements were incorrect. An apology would be nice, but I'm not trying to move mountains here--I realize you can't make a crap human being good, but hopefully you can eek some truth out of one. If he's not willing to admit he was mistaken, then I see it as a lie. Especially since he's called me a profanity and questioned my integrity after I called him out on his lies, or "mistakes," as you'd say. I wouldn't really give a damn if he was just the average poster butting his nose where it didn't belong (love ya PKM), but I expect better from mods.
 
Personally, I find what you did (claiming that you're not going to neg rep anyone ever again, with fine print that gives you an out to neg rep whoever you feel like) to be at least as deceitful as what bigb has done. But two wrongs don't make a right, of course.

You're privy to your own opinions, in earnest I'd retort that you didn't fully understand my pledge (MY pledge--not sure why some claim to understand it better than ME) and the "neg train" was really only for 1 person (dutch) and furthermore I've even retired from negging dutch since then if you read through that thread in it's entirety, but like you said: that's neither here nor there--it's just your personal opinion.




I'm happy that you at least admit BigB is wrong, wether it be a mistake, exaggeration, or an outright lie. I wish he would have the same guile and integrity. I guess that's the reason why you're the admin and he's a mod--though even a mod should have more common decency than that imo, but maybe I just have high standards.
