You shouldn't laugh. Alts are just a cry out for something more important/pressing in the life of the creator.

Silencer deserves to be unbanned. It was not on purpose. The photo he posted was just a popular photo that usually gets posted without caring about the F word the band members were carrying. We were just talking about the band. Unban him come on!
Again, it takes THREE infractions for a suspension and THREE votes for any infraction. He can serve his time. He got rushed to the third because of his re-posting the picture that got removed after a mod removed it.

This one. I didn't know he reposted it. It was just completely in the context of the conversation. The F word was really irrelevant there. That really sucks.
BS. I took down the picture and he put it back up. That absolutely destroys the "it was not on purpose" argument, though even if it wasn't the only excuse he had would be him being blind.
I'm really missing your point here in general. We don't allow swearing. Context doesn't even matter in this point. I'm not even sure why that's hard to understand. And it's not like there's a thousand more pictures of Metallica even in the Burton days he could have posted that didn't have that.
