Thats more like the real Enes Kanter right now !!!

A lot of fun watching this kid play right now. Kanter turned the ball over a couple of times early in his first shift - he didn't slump his shoulders and get down on himself. Unlike earlier in the year he's maintaining focus even after a bad play - it's really that simple.

It's good to see him getting mad when he makes a bad play instead of just getting upset. Other players won't like him when he's mad.

Favors was supposed to be a defensiv stud, but right now he really has problems guarding offensively gifted Center like Duncan, Brook Lopez or even the german Panzer Kaman. Favors is a good shot blocker, a good help defender but he has to improve at defending bigger players and his overall defense. What impresses me about Favors is that he is already scoring solidly. Maybe Kanter would do better guarding against Centers right now, because he got back his strenght. Kanter has great talent at offense but his help defense needs to improve a lot. Maybe Favors would be better at guarding power forwards.
 
I don't know if we are seeing the real Kanter. I don't think there is enough evidence to argue that one way or the other. We are seeing the Kanter we would all love to see every game, but if that is the real Kanter we cannot say.
 
Isnt there anyone who can make highlight videos of him, its really difficult to follow him from europe while studying and working. :(

The real Kanter always pounded his oppinents with his physical strenght, in every competetion he palyed, even in the NBA when he was 19 years old.He pushed away Kaman, Nowitzki and Noah away like their were punching balls when he was 19 years of age in Euro-Basket. At the start of the season Kanter was not able to use that strenght which is making him a rare and special player. He got pushed away by penetrating guards, the last games they are running against a wall.

Even If Kanter has a bad game, his scoring and rebounding ability combined with his brute strenght will always be their and thats the point why Kanter is a special prospect. Even without that Kanter still was a 14/8 big, even these bigs get paid tons in this league.
