Going to be very hard to top the dark knight. That will go down as the best Batman movie ever. Any hero is only as good as the villain, and the dark knight had the best villain in the entire Batman universe.

All three of those movies were great but that one stands out

Agreed. That movie was fantastic.
I’m not a comic book (graphic novel?) guy. I didn’t read them growing up. I’ve seen all of them, but only because of streaming services. Otherwise I wouldn’t see anything. But the three Bale Batman’s were fantastic.

And it's not, but that's a pretty huge pedestal.

I would dare say that the latest DC movies have actually been substantially better than Marvel which is a tired formula IMO.

Overall, I've been over comic book movies for years and wish we could get some more original IP's.
