The Biden Administration and All Things Politics

Lol I work at an elementary school (well I volunteer anyways. They offered to pay me but I told them I would rather do it for free)

My wife works at the same elementary school (she does get paid)

My dad always used to say there's no such thing as a free lunch. Who knew people wanted to make that government policy?

We have hateful people who openly hate Christianity and openly hates their parents calling them cultist in our schools yet I'm the threat? I wonder if the kids parents know they have a criminal who literally hates them for their religion and calls them cultist behind their back around their children? That's scary s*.

It is starting to look like Biden is out. They are just trying to find the best way to spin it.
I hope so.

I bet Newsom is the guy. He'd be great at calling out the cult's leader.
I think he would be miles better than Trump. Decidedly better than Biden. Still not who I would want for President. He was too gung-ho on things that ultimately backfired or fell apart and then doubled down on them. Like "banning" plastic bags at the grocery store. Who knew the heavier supposedly longer-lasting bags we had to pay for would be infinitely worse for the environment than the thin free bags, taking orders of magnitude longer to decompose, and far more emissions to produce, such that you would have to reuse a single heavy-duty plastic bag something like 1,000 times to offset the thin ones you could use instead, which of course no one does. So it is worse than the bags they were trying to replace. There are a lot of things like this that either he did unilaterally or paid lip service to bipartisanship and just did whatever the **** he wanted to anyway, as he always had a political majority in the house in Cali, so he could do what he wanted. Granted, I think he did some things really with the best of intentions, like raising minimum wages and extending mandatory sick leave. But I feel he would not be good at gaining bipartisan support and he is just too quick to pull the trigger on iffy "solutions" without weighing the true consequences, not to mention how many huge commercial groups had him in their pocket, largely in agriculture and tech.

But still, he would be FAR better than the offerings we have now and I would welcome him with open arms. For a single term. Then get someone in there who can actually run the country and get **** done that matters.

Agreed. Michelle Obama doesn't have baggage and polls best against The Rapist. The good thing for her is that she'd have just a few months of the campaign ******** then could slide into the White House like she never left. I'd love to see The Rapist meltdown and even try not being a racist sore loser.

Lol didn't know my jazz site had such a corner

I know we all read our own news sources and largely live in our own echo chambers, but the Christian persecution complex of the American right is fascinating to me, like every conversation somehow twists back to it. As sad as it makes me I just don't see a way that Biden is replaced at this stage, but would be ecstatic with a Whitmer or a Newsom or a Buttigieg but that speaks more on the state of Biden than them as candidates.

Anyways, Europe increasingly can not talk much **** given the direction of our politics

Lol literally 5 minutes ago on if Biden is stepping down. Karine Jean-Pierre

"Absolutely not, and you heard I think directly from the campaign as well."

Trump supporters like the fact that he's evil and immoral, lies constantly and so on. Importantly he shares their prejudices about minorities and foreigners and just wants things to be like the good old days... Democrats will still vote for Biden no matter how senile he appears but imagine if their was another choice, a choice of a candidate that's capable and can pass a cognition test? Independents would vote for that candidate and Trump would lose in a landslide. How is your system so broken that these two choices are all you have?

Straw man. You lose.

Lol you didn't see the post of Log literally foaming at the mouth for a Civil War? He just bought some Ammo for it and he's craving it. And I have to remind you that you literally laughed at about 5 post in a row when @Rubashov just yesterday was saying he wanted to put Trump up against the wall and murder him? Then you have the audacity, the sheer hypocrisy to say Trump will do something you found funny just yesterday? Murdering presidents was hilarious just yesterday with you and this forum.

How is that a straw man? Its the political reality

Straw man of both Trump and his supporters.

If your demonized characterizations were based in truth then every sane person would agree with you. But they’re not based in truth. Instead, you attribute all sorts of falsehoods to me and why I support Trump, as well as to Trump himself. Hence, a straw man.

You should base your opinions on fact rather than ignorant, inflammatory rhetoric. But I don’t think you know what a straw man is. You’re obviously stupid.

The question nobody ask is who is actually running our country? Democrats lie that they love Democracy, but Joe is not in charge. The person the Democrats voted for is not in charge like a Democracy. Now we have reports that Hunter Biden is started to attend these meetings and even Democrats don't understand why. Are they cleaning up the corruption? Yeah, i think so.

  • Sources close to the White House say that Joe Biden is overly insulated by a close group of advisors.
  • Anonymous sources told Politico that information is carefully curated before being presented to him.
  • The sources accused Biden of being difficult to please, and that "people are scared *****ess of him."
As new explanations pop up to explain President Joe Biden's poor showing in the presidential debate last Thursday, a group of Democrats and White House staffers have pointed the blame at the people helping to run the house.

Speaking to Politico, anonymous sources close to the White House revealed that Biden is cloistered and insulated by his closest aides, which has isolated him from the rest of his party.

That group of aides includes Biden's senior advisor, Anita Dunn; her husband, Bob Bauer, Biden's personal attorney; and Biden's former chief of staff, Ron Klain, among others.

A senior administration official told Politico: "He doesn't take advice from anyone other than those few top aides, and it becomes a perfect storm because he just gets more and more isolated from their efforts to control it."

Politico's sources added that the aides feed him information and advice that he will react well to and block out the rest.

One source close to Biden's campaign told Politico: "If I'm talking to Anita, and I say, 'what about X?' She's quick to say, 'The president's not going to do that. No chance.'"

According to thriller you’re clueless even mentioning her …..

But you’re right, no baggage, none of the extreme policies that are ******* crazy attatched to Newsome. I can’t see anyone else who in principle would beat Trump
