The Blizzard

THE storm......

Are we all going to die....or are we all just ******* now? I can't ever remember a precautionary reaction like this in all my time in Utah. I thought we were above this. Everything is closing...... work is letting out early.....we should just change our name to California. I want the storm to match the hype, that's all I'm saying.

nothing yet, just wind. when it snowed on saturday i was w/o power for several hours..expecting the same, only worse :-(

It hits fast. I drove into my driveway as the first flakes swirled. Two minutes later, it's howling wind and sideways snow.

It's ugly out there. Stuck at work and hoping the power goes out so I can go home. I'm anticipating driving home just as the roads get nice and slick and full of stupid drivers.

Certainly a big storm for it being in November and the first real snowstorm of the year.

But it's not an epic storm, by any means. The bitter cold behind it is probably more concerning.

There goes my delicious home-cooked mexican takeout tacos. Stuck at home with spaghetti leftovers. Now thats a tragedy! Thanks god for Kirin Ichiban and some Full Sail IPA. I will survive.

A big storm just left us here in Reno. We are expecting sunshine tomorrow. I am sure tomorrow afternoon our storm will hit you guys, complete with some lake effect build-up.

It's done snowing up here around Ogden and if that's all this storm has got then it is LAME. I knew it wasn't going to live up to the hype. However, a quick check of the weather says that it's expected to start back up after midnight. I hope so, or this has been a colossal flame out by local and national weather media.

Haven't noticed hardly anything. It's a little windy (not much. Saturday was worse). But hardly any snow here in Utah County as of 8:02.
