It won't happen just like an attempt on Obama wouldn't happen. Their might be plans but they'll never reach execution stage because everyone involved is on such high alert and prepared for such. When it happens, we won't be expecting it.

Just my two cents. Violent gun-related crimes are not committed by legally obtained firearms. Banning guns will not take them out of the hands of the criminals. FYI Mexico has some of the most strict gun ownership laws in the world and it's not helping them much.

One of the more surprising thiings about the Obama presidency is the fact that he hasn't had an assassination attempt. Well not yet at least. I thought for sure some racist tool would take a shot at him by now.

There was also that kid that was taking pot shots at the White House with a rifle when Obama was gone. But while these things might be considered assassination attempts by legal definition, I'm sure most people are thinking more along the lines of a Regan type deal when you talk about that kind of stuff.
Yeah that is what I was talking about. The Denver thing seemed shaky as in they were not very coordinated and it seemed like a bunch of hillbillies threw it together. But it is the closest I can remember to Obama having any real threats.
Obviously Iraqis do.
