Mo Williams makes to much for a backup/combo guard role. Won't produce very well and will likely be a defensive liability.

Jamison? Pass.

Verajao? Possibly. But we have Elson, who is pretty much a similar player. Okur for Verajao I think works, but I'm not sure I'd do that. I know many posters here would.

Gibson? Not worth a trade for.

Parker? Dime a dozen player.

Hickson? Only one they'd keep, really.

~ $9 million per year for the next three years for a 29-year-old 3-pt specialist shooting <30% from 3 this year? Also has a -9.8 net +/- on a bad team. I like him, but I don't think so. Mo Williams at his absolute best next to Deron covering the 2 on defense makes some sense though.

Daniel Gibson makes more sense considering his age and price-tag. He's kind of a poor-man's Mo Williams in his prime anyway. The Jazz could use someone that can hit 3s, handle the ball, and make the right pass.

If they bite on Memo for Varejao, hell yes. They can certainly save more money and probably get some youth back that the Jazz can't give, so I don't see it happening.

Gibson wouldn't be bad. 13.3 ppg 40% 3PT has a couple years left of his deal. But who would the Cavs want that would be realistic? CJ (team option for next year)? That leaves the Jazz kind thin at the 3.

I'd get Lebron. He is a productive SF, can drive to the basket, has a good range and NBA 1st or 2nd team member defensevely. Not so ice cold at crunch time, but can help to lift the Jazz from the first/second quarter slumps.

AK for Jamison. He can still shoot and can drive a little. The complaint seems to be shooting at the 2-3. Replace AK with Jamison and you'll solve the shooting problem on many nights.
