The only thing though is that Corbin brought him in once Harris had fouled out. If Harris hadn't fouled out, would we have seen Burks back in?

Forgive me Alec, for I have sinned. But I have seen the light. And I'm now a believer. Can I get an Amen, brother, for a reverse layup? Can I get an amen, brother, for spinning it high off the glass? Can I get an Amen for splitting two defenders and finishing hard?

What a fantastic game! I had said the jury was still out on whether Burks was part of the core. Well, the jury has reached an unanimous decision: Burks belongs!

Yes, I think so. Look, Alec got 32 mins. Only Favors and Lucas played more. Corbin played Burks instead of Hayward for much of the 4th. Gordon looked a little dejected on the sideline. I have no problem with Corbin's coaching, He did a very good job. I guess we'll never know what may have happened had Harris not fouled out. My guess is that Burks would have been at the 1.

Also keep in mind that Hayward has responded well to benchings and losing starting roles in the past. Like how he responded last year when he was made the 6th man. Corbin knows this and is just sending the message now that if Hayward wants to lead and play then he needs to step it up. Let's see how Hayward responds to the challenge leveled by the FO and coaching staff.
