I'm a big believer in the old adage "know thy enemy". When ISIS was first making it's existence known, Vice News put together a 5 part series. Also available to view in one 42 minute part. This is Part 1. At the time, I thought it the most insightful look at these guys available. Very up close and personal. This is IS in it's own element. Especially disturbing is the treatment of young boys, raising them to prepare to be warriors for Islam.

I can't recommend this film enough. We may be fighting these guys, or their ilk, for generations to come.
Edit: I just noticed no subtitles in Part 2. So I checked the full version, and the subtitles for that portion are visible there. You won't get anywhere without the English subtitles, so only the full version has the subtitles that are absent in Part 2 for some reason. Subtitles are there for Part 3 through 5. But not 2.
